Refund Policy

At Unifi Mutual Fund, we strive to provide high-quality financial products and services that meet our investors’ needs. However, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all financial products and services offered.

  1. Finality of Transactions
    Once the financial product has been purchased or the investment transaction is completed, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued for the price of the product or investment, whether in cash or kind, under any circumstances. Investors are encouraged to thoroughly review all product details and terms before making their investment decisions.
  2. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction
    If an investor is dissatisfied with a product for any reason, no refund will be provided, even if the product is returned or exchanged. Customers are strongly advised to understand this policy fully to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes.
  3. Third-Party Payments
    All investment transactions must be made using the investor’s registered bank account linked to their folio. Third-party bank accounts are strictly prohibited for such transactions.
      • In cases of non-compliance, the Asset Management Company (AMC) or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) will refund the investment amount to the originating account from which the payment was made.
      • Investors will bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from such non-compliance.

This policy has been clearly communicated to ensure transparency and to prevent any disputes or misunderstandings. By making an investment or purchasing a product from Unifi Mutual Fund, the investor acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
