Mr. Ramachandran is an Independent Director in Unifi Mutual Fund Trustee Private Limited and a Non-Executive Director at Logan Fintech Private Limited, advising on finance, regulatory, and compliance matters. Previously, he was the Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Bank, where he strengthened governance, compliance, and business growth. He also served as a Whole-Time Director at Syndicate Bank and held board positions at D.I.C.G.C. (a subsidiary of RBI) and SIDBI.
Mr. Ramachandran was the General Manager and Chief Executive of Indian Bank’s Singapore operations. He has been a short term Consultant to IFC(W) of the World Bank Group, a member of the Advisory Board of the Central Vigilance Commission, and part of the Management Committee of the Indian Bank’s Association (IBA).
