A decorated officer of the Indian Army, Major General (Retd.) Maniyil Indrabalan, served as Chief of Staff, Dakshin Bharat Area, Indian Army. As Additional Director General of the National Cadet Corps, he led the training of over one lakh cadets in Bihar and Jharkhand, initiated digital transformations, and founded the Patna Half Marathon. His military career includes senior roles at the Army War College, Ministry of Defense, and Indian Navy.
